Directions
- A twist adds concentrated citrus flavor from the peel's essential oils. To make a twist, cut a piece of the peel (avoiding the white pith) into a 1 1/2-by-1/2-inch strip. Twist or squeeze the strip, rub the zest around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the drink or discard it.
