1 lemon, thinly sliced crosswise
1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
5 rosemary sprigs
5 sage sprigs
How to Make It
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, massage the lemon and fennel with the herbs and oil.To use,coat the meat completely with the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours before grilling.
