  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 rosemary sprigs
  • 5 sage sprigs

How to make this recipe

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, massage the lemon and fennel with the herbs and oil.To use,coat the meat completely with the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours before grilling.
