Cinnamon Syrup

Use this syrup to make a pitcher of Granada de Amor.

  1. 6 ounces Simple Syrup, heated
  2. Four 3-inch cinnamon sticks
  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup with the cinnamon sticks. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
