This delicious granola is made with just six ingredients; rolled oats, honey, chopped pecans, cinnamon, salt and walnut oil, which adds an extra-nutty flavor.
1/4 cup walnut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 300°. In a cup, whisk the walnut oil with the honey. In a bowl, combine the oats, pecans, cinnamon and salt. Add the oil and honey to the oats and stir to coat.
Spread out the oat mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until the granola is crisp and lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes. Let the granola cool completely before serving.
The granola can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
