- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 1/2 ounces Calvados, preferably Busnel
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 5 ounces hot apple cider

Make the cocktail
Combine the sugar and ground cinnamon.
Moisten the outer <a href="/articles/cocktail-basics-techniques#rimmingaglass">rim</a> of a heatproof mug with the lime wedge and coat lightly with the cinnamon sugar. Add the Calvados, Cointreau and hot apple cider and stir well.
