Chopped-Olive Aioli

- 1 cup pitted green and black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 teaspoons chopped oregano
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well and serve right away.
