Chopped-Olive Aioli

  1. 1 cup pitted green and black olives, chopped
  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 2 scallions, finely chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  7. 2 teaspoons chopped oregano
  8. 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  9. 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well and serve right away.
