The 65-foot-long pewter and zinc bar at this Vegas outpost of Thomas Keller's Napa Valley bistro was custom-made in Lyon and shipped to the U.S. in three pieces.

Plus: twist

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the orange twist and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
