"This is like a really fine chocolate truffle that melts in your mouth," says bartender Marvin Allen. He makes this variation on a chocolate martini with nocino, a walnut liqueur produced in Modena, Italy.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    1. 2 ounces vanilla vodka
    2. 1 ounce Irish cream
    3. 3/4 ounce Chambord
    4. 3/4 ounce coffee liqueur
    5. 1/2 ounce walnut liqueur
    6. Chocolate shavings
    7. 2 raspberries

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the chocolate shavings and berries; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the chocolate and berries.
