- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
How to make this recipe
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the olive oil, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
