Chive Oil

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 1/4 cup
  • FAST

  1. 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped fresh chives
  2. 1/2 extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree. Pass the mixture through a fine strainer without pressing down on the solids.
Make Ahead The oil can be refrigerated overnight.
