Yummy!  I changed the recipe slightly to make a garlic/chili paste for the shrimp and added some serrano chillies into the slaw.  We went with a unoaked Pinot Gris from Oregon that was crisp and helped cut the heat and clean the pallet.

This was delicious.  Easy.  The flavors blended beautifully.  I will definately make this again and again.  we paired with a Cuvaison Rose = perfect!
