Chipotle-Citrus Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 chipotles in adobo, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
  • Salt

How to make this recipe

  1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Season the sauce with salt.

Make Ahead

The mayonnaise can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Serve With

Mexican Kebabs.
