- 2 hearts of romaine, chopped
- Harissa Chicken with Green-Chile-and-Tomato Salad, chicken shredded
- One 6-ounce bag of pita chips, broken into bite-size pieces
- In a large serving bowl, toss the chopped romaine hearts with the shredded chicken, chile-tomato salad, the remaining harissa and pita chips. Serve.
