Tortilla chips heated in a quick-cooking chile sauce and topped with feta, onion, sour cream, cilantro, and chicken make a particularly tasty version of this popular Mexican dish. Don't let the idea of softened chips put you off. This recipe is a winner.

wine recommendation

These forceful, varied flavors need a gutsy wine, and zinfandel will more than hold its own. Look for old-vine cuvées from Sonoma's Dry Creek or Russian River valleys.

This recipe is delicious. Please don't give credence to the reviewer who states that the sauce tastes "raw". Properly made, this dish will please. I've made it several times, and each time it satisfies.

This is terrible.  The sauce is not pleasant to eat at all -- raw tasting even though it's been cooked a long time.  I may try it again if I can find another sauce recipe.  Rick Bayless has made it on his TV show and it has to be better than this.
