Chicken and Bulgur Salad with Avocado
Perfect summer dish. It's light, refeshing and in my climate (the south) I appreciate the fact that it is delicious cold or at room temperature. I usually grill the chicken.

I love this salad. I've been making it for years. I don't add the fennel but toss it with romaine lettuce. I'll leave out the chicken for my daughter's portion who is a vegetarian. Great summer time dinner.
