- 1/4 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 lime quarters
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 to 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
How to make this recipe
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle all but 1 of the cucumber slices with the lime quarters. Add ice and the vodka, shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.
