  1. 1 1/2 ounces cachaça
  2. 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering or other cherry liqueur
  3. 1/4 ounce Islay Scotch
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  5. 1/4 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
  6. 1 large egg white
  7. Ice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled flute.
