Recipe: Cherry Samba
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces cachaça
- 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering or other cherry liqueur
- 1/4 ounce Islay Scotch
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 large egg white
- Ice
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled flute.
