The cherry liqueur-based Cheer Camp reminds Melissa Hayes of one of her favorite sodas, Cheerwine, a cherry-flavored soft drink popular in the South. "The cocktail's cherries, cocoa and egg white meringue also remind me of milk shakes and cotton candy," she says.

1 1/2 ounces Heering cherry liqueur
1/2 ounce Suze (French gentian aperitif)
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 large egg white
1 1/2 ounces chilled dry sparkling wine, such as cava
Pinch of unsweetened dark cocoa powder, for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Heering, Suze, lime juice and egg white and shake vigorously; fill with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass, top with the sparkling wine and garnish.
