- 1 1/2 ounces Heering cherry liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Suze (French gentian aperitif)
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 ounces chilled dry sparkling wine, such as cava
- Pinch of unsweetened dark cocoa powder, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Heering, Suze, lime juice and egg white and shake vigorously; fill with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass, top with the sparkling wine and garnish.
