Châtelaine

Wine-tails (Jamie Boudreau's name for wine-based cocktails) are showing up at more and more bars. The light, fruity Châtelaine, made with white wine, also contains pomegranate juice, which is a noted antioxidant.
- Ice
- 2 ounces crisp white wine
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass.
