- Ice cubes, plus shaved ice
- 1 1/4 ounces green Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur)
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 lime wheel or 1 pineapple spear
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the Chartreuse, Velvet Falernum and fruit juices; shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with shaved ice. Garnish with the lime wheel.
