The Oak Bar, Boston

The Oak Bar's six Champagne cocktail's are made with Westport Rivers sparkling Blanc de Blancs from eastern Massachusetts.

  1. 1 sugar cube
  2. 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  3. 1/4 ounce Cognac
  4. 4 ounces chilled Champagne
  5. 1 lemon twist
  1. Place the sugar cube in a chilled flute and saturate with the bitters. Add the Cognac, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
