Celery Kamikaze

Ingredients

1. 1 lime wedge
2. Kosher salt
3. Ice
4. 2 ounces pepper vodka
5. 1 ounce fresh lime juice
6. 1 ounce celery juice
7. 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
8. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients; shake well. Strain into the prepared coupe.
