my husband hates cauliflower but he tolerates it in this dish.  It's very rich but a nice indulgence once in awhile.

Whoa...this made people  at our Thanksgiving dinner remember how good cauliflower can be.  The portions are a little small for 6 people, make double if you've got big eaters!
