Ingredients

    1. 4 cups basil leaves
    2. 1 cup oregano leaves
    3. 1/2 cup thyme leaves
    4. 1/2 cup snipped chives
    5. 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    6. 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    7. 12 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
    8. 3 jalapeños, coarsely chopped
    9. 1 celery rib, coarsely chopped
    10. 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
    11. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    12. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    13. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    14. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse all of the ingredients to a coarse paste.

The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 months.
