Cardamom Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes 8 ounces of syrup
- MAKE-AHEAD
- 1 heaping tablespoon crushed cardamom pods
- 8 ounces hot Simple Syrup
- In a heatproof bowl, steep the crushed cardamom pods in the hot Simple Syrup for at least 2 hours. Strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
