Cardamom-Cinnamon Guinness

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 8 ounces

Use this spiced Guinness to make the Black Friar's pint cocktail.

  1. 2 cardamom pods
  2. 1 medium cinnamon stick
  3. 8 ounces Guinness
  1. In a small saucepan, lightly muddle the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick. Add the Guinness and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Let cool, then strain the spiced Guinness into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
