- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth and Peychaud’s bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish the drink with the lemon twist.
