Tested and Perfected by Food and Wine



  1. 1 orange
  2. 6 mint leaves, roughly chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon honey or 1/2 ounce Barenjager Liquor
  4. Ice
  5. Juice of 1/4 lime
  6. 1/4 ounce cachaca
  1. Wash orange, cut into eighths and remove seeds. Place orange and mint in rocks glass and muddle with honey. Add ice to fill glass. Squeeze lime juice over top, add Cachaca and mix well.
