This cocktail gets its spicy, slightly nutty flavor from rooibos, a South African shrub used to make tea.

  1. 12 ounces gin
  2. 12 ounces Rosemary-Rooibos Syrup
  3. 9 ounces fresh lemon juice
  4. Ice
  5. 6 rosemary sprigs
  1. In a pitcher, combine the gin, Rosemary-Rooibos Syrup and lemon juice and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Stir well and strain into ice-filled collins glasses. Garnish with the rosemary sprigs.
