Caipirina

  1. 1 1/2 limes
  2. 2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  3. Ice
  4. 2 ounce Cachaca
  1. Wash limes in warm water and cut into eighths. Place limes in rocks glass and muddle with superfine sugar. Add ice to fill glass. Add Cachaca and mix well.
