- 2 1/2 ounces Averna amaro
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 2 ounces chilled horchata (see Note)
How to make this recipe
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the amaro, vodka and horchata and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled, ice-filled rocks glass.
Horchata is sold at Latin markets, natural-food stores and some supermarkets.
