Bartender Steve Peters dreamed up Caffè di Alpi ("Alpine Coffee" in Italian) as a deliciously warming après-ski drink.

  1. 1 teaspoon honey
  2. 3 ounces hot brewed coffee
  3. 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  4. 1 large dollop of Alps Whipped Cream
  5. Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  1. Put the honey in a warmed mug. Add the hot coffee and the bourbon and stir. Top with Alps Whipped Cream and garnish with the grated nutmeg.
