This restaurant pays tribute to Poole's Luncheonette, a downtown Raleigh landmark that opened as a pie shop in 1942.

  1. 1 cup butter pecan ice cream
  2. 1 ounce bourbon
  3. 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
  5. Pinch of malt powder (optional)
  6. 3 candied pecans (optional)
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the candied pecans and blend well. Pour into a chilled highball glass and garnish with the pecans, if using.
