Owner Sasha Muniak is a big fan of this drink. It's named for one of his favorite film directors, Luis Buñuel, who never missed his daily cocktail.

Plus: Punt e Mes

  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 orange twist
  • 1 lemon twist
    1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twists. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the citrus twists.
