1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
1 1/2 ounces oloroso sherry
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving
1 orange twist, for garnish
How to Make It
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, sherry and maraschino liqueur; fill with ice and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled rocks glass over the large ice cube and garnish with the orange twist.
