Bourbon Whipped Cream

  1. 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  2. 1 tablespoon bourbon
  3. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until the cream is softly whipped. Serve.
