Bourbon Fizz

Ingredients

1. 1/2 ounce pastis
2. 1 lemon wedge and granulated sugar
3. Ice
4. 11/2 ounces bourbon
5. 1/4 ounce amaretto
6. 1/4 ounce Frangelico
7. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
8. 1 ounce chilled club soda

1. Rinse a martini glass with the pastis. Moisten the outer rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the bourbon, amaretto, Frangelico and Simple Syrup. Shake and strain into the martini glass. Top with the club soda.
