Bourbon Blackberry Collins

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

“You can mix and match a multitude of spirits and fruits or herbs in this recipe,” says Marcos Tello. In place of the blackberries and bourbon, try raspberries and vodka or cherries and rum.

  1. 4 blackberries
  2. Ice
  3. 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  4. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  5. 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  6. 2 ounces chilled club soda
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 blackberries. Add ice and the bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the remaining blackberry.
