Boston Tea Party

Ko Prime, Boston

Cocktail consultant Jacques Bezuidenhout created this classic five-ingredient punch, which is served in tea cups.

  1. 9 ounces aged rhum agricole (aromatic West Indian rum)
  2. 1 1/2 ounces Créole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
  3. 12 ounces chilled brewed chai
  4. 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  5. 6 orange twists, curled into spirals
  1. In a pitcher, combine the rhum agricole, Créole Shrubb, brewed chai and lime juice and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Stir and strain into chilled tea cups. Garnish the drinks with the curled orange twists.
