Ingredients

  • 9 ounces aged rhum agricole (aromatic West Indian rum)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Créole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
  • 12 ounces chilled brewed chai
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 6 orange twists, curled into spirals

How to make this recipe

  1. In a pitcher, combine the <em>rhum agricole</em>, Cr&#233;ole Shrubb, brewed chai and lime juice and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Stir and strain into chilled tea cups. Garnish the drinks with the curled orange twists.
