This drink is the first of a series of cocktails named after baseball legend Barry Bonds, who shares a birthday with mixologist John Kinder.

Recipe: Bonds's Cocktail No. 1

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces Calvados
  3. 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
  4. 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  5. 2 dashes of peach bitters
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe.
