The name of bar manager Eben Freeman's drink refers to Bohemia, the region of the Czech Republic that traditionally produced the bitter liqueur called Becherovka. Becherovka is flavored with a secret blend of herbs and spices.

Ice
2 ounces reposado tequila
1/4 ounce mezcal
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce Becherovka
1 orange twist, flamed

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, mezcal, lemon juice, orange juice, Simple Syrup and Becherovka and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the flamed orange twist.
