Bobby Flay's Honey Mustard

  • SERVINGS: Makes 1 3/4 cups

This sweet and spicy condiment from Bobby Flay is excellent on both chicken and pork.

  1. 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
  2. 3/4 cup whole-grain mustard
  3. 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  4. 1/4 cup honey
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk both mustards with the horseradish and honey and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 45 minutes.
Make Ahead The honey mustard can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Serve With Bobby Flay's Fried Chicken
