Blueberry Smoothie

  1. 1 ripe medium banana
  2. 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  3. 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  4. 3/4 cup skim milk
  5. Pinch of cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup crushed ice
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
