- 1/2 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- In a heatproof bowl, cover 1/2 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt with 1/3 cup blueberries. Mix 1 tablespoon each rolled oats and brown sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle on the berries. Broil until toasted on top.
