Frozen Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon

How to make this recipe

  1. In a heatproof bowl, cover 1/2 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt with 1/3 cup blueberries. Mix 1 tablespoon each rolled oats and brown sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle on the berries. Broil until toasted on top.
