- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
- 12 ounces vodka
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- In a large jar, combine the vodka, sun-dried tomatoes, whole black peppercorns and garlic. Cover; let stand for 24 hours. Strain into a clean jar, pressing on the solids.
Refrigerate for up to 6 months.
