Blackberry-Pineapple Sidecar

Ingredients

1. 7 blackberries
2. Ice
3. 2 ounces Cognac
4. 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
5. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
6. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
7. 1 or 2 pineapple leaves, for garnish (optional)
8. 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the berries. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish; shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish.
