Recipe: Blackberry Kir Royale
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne or dry sparkling wine
- About 1/4 cup blackberry brandy
- 8 fresh blackberries, for garnish
- Pour the Champagne into 8 flutes. Add a dash or 2 of blackberry brandy to each glass and garnish with a blackberry.
