Blackberry Kir Royale

This is Blackberry Farm's signature and most popular aperitif.

  1. 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  2. About 1/4 cup blackberry brandy
  3. 8 fresh blackberries, for garnish
  1. Pour the Champagne into 8 flutes. Add a dash or 2 of blackberry brandy to each glass and garnish with a blackberry.
