Blackberry Buttermilk Smoothies

Buttermilk takes the place of yogurt in this healthy, tangy, ultra-simple blackberry smoothie.

  • 1 cup chilled blackberries
  • 1 cup chilled buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch of salt

How to make this recipe

  1. Combine the chilled blackberries with 
the chilled buttermilk, honey and salt 
in a blender and puree until the mixture 
is smooth. Refrigerate until well-chilled, about 15 minutes. Pour the smoothies 
into tall glasses and serve.
